1. What We Collect

We collect the minimum data needed to run Meshlox:

• Account info: email address and display name when you sign up.
• Generated content: prompts, images, 3D model previews, and settings you create in the studio.
• Usage data: credit balance, job history, and plugin token activity for billing and security.
• Payment info: handled by PayPal. We do not store card numbers or bank details.

2. How We Use It

We use your data to provide the service, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Roblox Plugin Data

The Meshlox Roblox Studio plugin communicates with our API over HTTPS. Your plugin token is stored locally in Roblox Studio settings and should be treated like a password. Generated assets are uploaded to Roblox under your own Roblox account.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Data Retention

We keep your generated assets and account data until you delete your account or request removal. Job logs may be retained longer for fraud prevention and billing.

6. Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, row-level security in our database, and hashed plugin tokens. Credit balances can only be changed through verified server-side logic.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
